Ellesmere College puts on a major production every two years. This year we are putting on Bugsy Malone. We have taken a new directing direction this year with the students taking a strong leadership role. The Year 13 Media Class are basically in charge of the whole production with their teacher Mr Jones supervising. The talented Mrs Ali Wakelin is once again leading the musical side of the performance.

The annual Performance Afternoon will be held at 1.15pm on Wednesday 9th December. This is a highly entertaining occasion that reflects the extensive effort students make to prepare for this. Due to seating pressures and fire safety regulations the Board has endorsed the staff request that entry for this be TICKET ONLY. No door sales will be made for this popular event. Tickets will be sold from the College office and restricted to 220 tickets. Nearly 300 adults attended last years Performance, necessitating the exclusion of our Year 7 students, a situation we will avoid this year. Thank you for your understanding in this matter. |
