Senior Prizegiving for 2011 will be at 7pm on the evening of 8 November.  This is compulsory for all Year 11 – 13 students to attend.
All students are to report by 6:30pm.
Year 11 students are to meet in B Block Common Room.
Year 12 students are to meet in A Block Common Room.
Year 13 students are to go to the hall to their allocated seats.
At the conclusion of prize-giving reports and NZQA exam entry slips will be given to each student.

Dress
All senior students (Year 11 – 12) must wear formal winter uniform for
prize-giving:
•        Boys - Shirt, tie, longs pants
•        Girls - Shirt, tie, kilt.
Year 13 – all must be in formal dress:
•        Boys - Shirt, tie, long pants (shirt must be tucked in).
•        Girls – demure cocktail dress or equivalent.
If you have any concerns or queries please either contact the Donna Thian, Principal's Assistant or Mrs Thompson, Deputy Principal.

31 October 2011 amendment: Those boys that only wear school winter shorts and do not have long grey pants are to wear school winter grey shorts, and a long sleeved blue winter uniform shirt. This shirt must be tucked in and sleeves down. Those boys that own a school tie are to wear it.  Those that dont are to have their shirts buttoned up with the neck button only undone.

All prize winners however are to wear formal winter uniform which includes long grey pants and a school tie.  All prize winners are notified in the days leading up to prize-giving that they are a recipient.  If a student has a concern about having to find grey pants and a school tie they are to see Mrs Thompson as soon as possible.
